You may visit the property, camp, & start minor improvements with approval while making payments. However, major improvements or building will need to wait until the property is paid off and completely transferred to you.
Once you make your final payment on the property, we’ll Issue you your filed Deed. Typically, the County will take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to record and return the new Deed. At that point you own it free and clear.
When purchasing land from us we will both e-sign a standard Purchase Agreement which lays out the terms of the transaction including the sale price and deposit amount, and other details common in such a document. For financing, we will be signing an Installment Purchase Agreement & Promissory Note.
